Flags Over Normandy
Memorials We Support
We are honored to serve the memorials across Normandy that stand as permanent testament to the courage and sacrifice of the Allied forces who liberated France in June 1944.
Dotted across the Normandy landscape are hundreds of small memorials lovingly cared for to honor those who came before. Each memorial we help support represents a specific chapter of the liberation of Normandy — a place where history was made, where lives were given, and where the flags of free nations must continue to fly.
Through our flag donation program, we work with memorial administrators and local French communities to ensure that American and French flags are present, properly maintained, and renewed at each of these sacred sites.
The flags we donate are more than cloth and color. They are a promise — that those who crossed an ocean to defend liberty will not be forgotten on the shores where they fell.
